Before you begin please measure your weight/ Antes de comecar se pese

You need 30 minutes of walking per day/Cami

Breakfast/Cafe da Manha

PGX (Single Daily)- 2.5 g with water before drinking the shake

Power Shake (3 servings) If you are not sharing, reduce the amounts
1 cup frozen blueberries
2 Tbsps almond butter
2 Tbsps pumpkin seeds
2 Tbsps chia seeds
2 Tbsps hemp seeds
4 walnuts
3 brazil nuts
1 large banana
1 Tbsp extra-virgin coconut oil
1⁄2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 cup water

Multivitamin
Purified Fish Oil (EPA/DHA)- 1 g
Vitamin D3- 2000 IU
Chromium- 250 mcg
Alpha Lipoic Acid- 150 mg
Cinnamon- 250 mg
Green tea catechins- 50 mg
Magnesium Citrate- 100 mg

To activate enzyme in the seeds, soak them overnight.

PGX (Single Daily)- 2.5 g antes do shake com agua

3 porcoes / divida se for para uma pessoa
1 xícara de blueberries congeladas 
2 colheres manteiga de amêndoa 
2 colheres sementes de abóbora
2 colheres sementes de chia
2 colheres cânhamo sementes 
4 nozes 
3 castanha do Brasil 
1 banana grande 
1 colher de sopa de óleo de coco extra-virgem 
Meia xícara de leite de amêndoa sem açúcar 
1 xícara de água


Para ativar enzimas deixe de molho as sementes em uma bacia de agua por um dia.

Lunch/Lunche
PGX (Single Daily)- 2.5 g before/antes

2 cups/copos Salad Mix
1 Cup/copo carrots, green peppers, cucumber/ cenoura, pimentao, pipino
2 boiled eggs/ ovos cozidos or/ou 6 oz de turkey/chicken ; peru/frango
1/4 cup/copo flax seed 
Apple Cider Vinager/ Olive Oil

Dinner/Janta
PGX (Single Daily)- 2.5 g before/antes
Broccoli steamed/cozido a vapor
frango grilled/grelhado (garlic, lemon, and salt/alho, limao e sal)

Purified Fish Oil (EPA/DHA)- 1 g
Chromium- 250 mcg
Alpha Lipoic Acid- 150 mg
Cinnamon- 250 mg
Green tea catechins- 50 mg
Magnesium Citrate- 100 mg

Snacks 
Carrots or raw almonds
cenoura ou amendoas 

Bebida agua

Algumas dicas: preparar proteína (frango, ovos, etc) e vegetais suficiente para os próximos dois dias. Prepare o seu almoço de saladas em recipientes de vidro para os próximos dois dias, assim você pode simplesmente se levantar e ir! Por favor, peça para alguém tirar uma foto sua hoje.
