The sources of toxins are in the water we drink (bottled water), foods we eat (GMO and non-organic), air we breathe. Detox é um processo onde tentamos eliminar a maioria das toxinas do nosso sangue e fígado. As fontes de toxinas são a água que bebemos, alimentos que comemos (OGM e não-orgânicos), o ar que respiramos. Studies have shown that toxic chemicals in our body can lead to depression, chronic fatigue, autoimmunity, allergies, and many chronic conditions. Make sure you keep your score for comparison. Take the following measurements the day before you start and when you finish the program and record them in a Detox Journal (use a notebook, buy a beautiful journal or record on your computer):
Step 2: Bad Foods (You Will Not Eat These Foods!!!) To start your detox, get rid of all the junky food lurking in your cabinets and fridge.
